Responsible Gaming
Gaming Is Entertainment, Not Income
At Fairplay, we believe that gaming should always be a fun and enjoyable pastime. It is important to understand that gambling is never a reliable way to earn money or recover financial losses. The outcomes of games are based on chance, and no strategy or system can guarantee a win. Please treat every wager as the cost of entertainment — and never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age for gambling in your state or territory within India, whichever is higher, to access this website and participate in any gaming activity. We take age verification seriously and may request documentation to confirm your identity and age before any withdrawals are processed. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If you suspect a minor is using this platform, please contact us immediately.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. If you recognise any of the following behaviours in yourself or someone close to you, it may be time to seek help:
- Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money you have already lost.
- Hiding your gambling activity from family members, friends, or colleagues.
- Spending more time or money on gambling than you originally intended.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or using funds meant for bills, rent, or essentials to gamble.
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut down or stop gambling.
- Neglecting work, studies, relationships, or personal responsibilities because of gambling.
- Lying to loved ones about how much you gamble or how much you have lost.
- Gambling to escape from stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional difficulties.
- Repeated unsuccessful attempts to control, reduce, or stop gambling.
- Gambling until your last rupee is gone and feeling desperate to find more money to continue.
Experiencing even one or two of these signs regularly may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem. Please do not wait for things to get worse before taking action.
Self-Help Tools
Fairplay provides several practical tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. We encourage you to use these features before your first wager and to adjust them whenever your circumstances change.
- Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your account over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, further deposits will be blocked until the next period begins.
- Loss Limits: Define a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set timeframe. This helps prevent chasing losses and overspending.
- Reality Checks: Activate pop-up notifications that appear after a chosen period of continuous play — for example, every 30 or 60 minutes. These reminders show how long you have been playing, your wins and losses during that session, and offer you the option to take a break.
- Time-Out / Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — such as 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer — during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term close your account for a minimum period of six months up to five years. Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to access your account, and all marketing communications will cease.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. The platform will automatically log you out when the time is reached.
- Transaction History: View your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time to keep a clear record of your spending.
To activate any of these tools, please visit your account settings or contact our customer support team. Any request to set or strengthen a limit is processed promptly and cannot be weakened or removed without a mandatory cooling-off period.
